The facility provides a wide range of services including drydocking, afloat repairs, shipbuilding, refurbishment, and specialized offshore vessel repairs. Logistics Park features over 1.3 million ft² of high-spec pre-built warehouses.

The facilities of the dock include an in-house floating crane capable of lifting 2,000 tonnes and loadout berths that can support and transfer structures or modules weighing up to 21,000 tonnes.

Production area is 1,440,500 square meters, and the covered area of the workshops is 41,900 square meters. On-site equipment Includes 3D scanning and reverse engineering, 5-axis CNC machines and automatic shot blasting units.
